**About the Role** As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that home furnishings are prepared and staged for successful delivery to our customers. You will master essential logistics operations, including inventory management and equipment handling, while contributing to the seamless flow of our distribution center. **Responsibilities*** Coordinate the receipt, storage, and organization of inventory to maintain high levels of stock accuracy. * Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in strict adherence to safety protocols. * Perform detailed quality inspections and light assembly or touch\-ups to ensure every item meets our premium standards. * Stage merchandise efficiently to facilitate rapid order fulfillment and customer pickup processes. * Maintain a clean and hazard\-free workspace to support operational efficiency and team safety. * Document inventory movements and discrepancies to ensure data integrity across our tracking systems. * Provide professional support during customer interactions to ensure a positive brand experience. **Qualifications**#### **Required Skills** * Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering items up to 100 pounds. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established operational procedures. * Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and leadership. * Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and consistent performance. #### **Preferred Skills** * Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or material handling environments. * Familiarity with inventory tracking software or cycle counting processes. * Experience operating heavy machinery or powered industrial trucks. * Background in furniture assembly or product repair and maintenance.
