Job ID 629268 Type Full\-time Location Indianapolis, IN 46254 Departments Manufacturing Date Published July 1, 2026 End Date 07\-15\-2026 Job Description Manufacturing Maintenance 3939 W 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254 IN180 Manufacturing Facility Full\-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU 6:00am \- 4:30pm OVERVIEW: Workings as Full\-time Manufacturing Maintenance team member, you will be directly responsible for keeping Fastenal Manufacturing's equipment and facility in good running order. Manufacturing Maintenance team members are assigned regular preventative maintenance procedures, as well as troubleshooting, identifying machinery faults, and executing repair orders to maintain safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Performing preventive maintenance and repair of CNC equipment, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems o Performing forklift maintenance, manual machine repair, and preventative maintenance o Moving and positioning equipment o Welding and fabricating for repairs or building support equipment o Assisting in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Operations o Plumbing and/or Pump Overhaul o Performing general building maintenance and repair REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed o Possess or working towards
