**Enterprise Implementation Project Manager**
Department: Partner Success
Company Stage: Series A, VC\-Backed Growth
**Role Summary**
----------------
FamilyWell Health is seeking an experienced enterprise implementation and project manager to join our Partner Success team. This is a high\-accountability, high\-visibility role at a fast\-growing Series A healthcare services company expanding access to mental health care for women across the reproductive lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO \& Founder, Dr. Jessica Gaulton, you will own the end\-to\-end launch of one of FamilyWell's enterprise health system implementations and have the opportunity to transition into the primary relationship owner driving long\-term performance, growth, and satisfaction within those accounts.
This is a two\-phase role built for someone who thrives on both the rigor of a complex, multi\-workstream launch and the relationship depth of strategic account management. The right person is equally comfortable building and executing a project plan across departments including Partner Success, Clinical Services, Clinical Operations, and Product, and leading a quarterly business review with health system leadership.
