Behavioral Health Nurse

The Role We are looking for an RN (LPN also considered) to lead our daily nursing groups and provide individual nursing services to residents. **Core responsibilities:** * Facilitate daily 1\.5\-hour nursing groups (medication education, health monitoring, wellness topics) Monday–Friday, afternoons * Provide individual nursing services — flexible scheduling, delivered in\-office or in the community (home/site visits) * Document services in EHR to Ohio Medicaid BH documentation standards * Coordinate with clinical team (LPCC supervisor, intake coordinator) on client health needs **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, primarily afternoon block (\~1:00–2:30/3:00pm) for groups; individual visits flexible around that. Part\-time candidates welcome — we can build a schedule around specific available days. Requirements * Active Ohio RN license (LPN license considered for individual services) * Comfortable working with individuals experiencing homelessness, SUD, and co\-occurring mental health conditions * Reliable transportation (community\-based individual visits) * Experience with EHR documentation preferred If you *also* hold one of the following, we'd love to talk about an expanded role and higher hours: * **LCDC\-III / LICDC** or other SUD counseling credential — ability to also facilitate IOP groups * **QMHS** or MH\-side credentials — ability to support MH day treatment groups * Dual RN \+ counseling credentials are especially valuable and open up a broader, higher\-hour role Why A Good Deed Behavioral Health: * Meaningful work with an underserved population * Flexible, humane scheduling * Growing organization with room to take on more responsibility as credentials allow Pay: $35\.00 \- $42\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
