RN Test Observer

D\&S Diversified Technologies \- Headmaster LLP is currently seeking autonomous Registered Nurses with long\-term care or chronic illness experience to join our Missouri team as RN Test Observers. This position offers a flexible, self\-scheduled alternative to traditional clinical roles. In this role, you will observe the skills portion of the nurse aide exam using a computerized system to verify candidate performance. Position Highlights: \- Compensation: Paid per test administered. The base rate is approximately $33 per skills test, which typically takes 30 minutes or less. \- Structure: Work in four\-hour blocks testing approximately eight students. \- Impact: Directly support the development of new nurse aides and address the healthcare staffing shortage. Qualifications: \- Current, unencumbered RN License. \- An LLC in good standing. \- At least one year of experience as an CNA or providing care for the elderly or chronically ill.
