Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation group as Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, partnering directly with the CFO and Finance leadership to design and execute the programs that define the future of Finance at Deloitte. In this role, you will drive workstreams within the large\-scale Finance Transformation program, enabling a human\-led, AI\-powered finance ecosystem, as well as other high\-priority strategic efforts to create meaningful impact across the firm while building deep relationships with senior Finance stakeholders Recruiting for this role ends on 15 July 2026\. **What You'll Do** As a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will: * Support workstreams within Finance\-wide transformations and other strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations * Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Deloitte Finance leadership * Develop, own, and modify detailed models to conduct analyses and perform other analytical tasks * Present team findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations * Begin building long\-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts across the firm * Identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and support realignment of the Finance organization to realize strategic opportunities The successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional dem
