Job description

Summary The responsibilities of the MX Programs \& Compliance Specialist include, but are not limited to, the development and currency of specific fleet type Maintenance Inspection Programs (FAR 121\.365\). Additionally, the Specialist reviews and coordinates compliance with applicable ADs, FARs, and manufacturers’ service bulletins as applicable. Visa Sponsorship Available: No Minimum Requirements Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986\. Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Education Details: Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent work experience in Aviation Management, Engineering or Analytics. Certification Details: FAA A\&P airman certificate preferred. Years of Experience: Minimum three (3\) years of experience in engineering/maintenance with an air carrier or commercial operator, or equivalent. * Highly organized with proven multi\-tasking ability. * Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills. * Ability to work effectively in diverse environments. * Strong analytical skills, communication, ability to work under pressure, high initiative and decision\-making skills are key competences to succeed in this position. * Ability to interacts with all level of employee, management, and FAA representative in a professional manner. Preferred Requirements * Background in MSG3 maintenance program analysis. * Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations. * XML authoring experience. * Advanced knowledge and skills of computer applications such as Microsoft 365 applications software is required. * TRAX EMRO knowledge.
