**About the Role**
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to delivering personalized and effective therapy programs.
**Duties \& Responsibilities**
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
* Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need.
* Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
