Now Hiring – Experienced Early Educator Irvington Day Nursery is looking for experienced Early Educator to join our team ASAP. Part\-time, 20 hours a week, days are flexible. Location: NE Portland, Irvington. Job Summary Assistant II duties will include leading with children during a variety of activities, including art, music, play, reading, napping assistance, feeding, meal preparation, outdoor activities, diapering, changing clothes and daily cleaning of the child care space. Preferred: BrightWheel knowledge, Preferred: Oregon Registry Step. Responsibilities: Must be able to sit on the floor, lift, bend, and be able walk a distance pushing a stroller. Engaging with the children and monitoring their environment for safety. Feeding Diapering Cooking Cleaning Requirements before Hiring Be at least 18 years of age. Registration in the Oregon Central Background Registry through the Department Of Early Learning. Pay: $24\.00 \- $29\.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
