Graco is part of your daily life. ***This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027\.*** **Financial Analyst, Senior \- Divisional** The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and enhancing financial understanding across the organization. This role involves delivering advanced financial analysis, process improvements, and actionable insights to influence decision\-making at senior levels. The Senior Financial Analyst will identify opportunities for optimization, lead initiatives for financial transformation, and play a critical role in aligning the organization’s financial objectives with business strategies. **What You Will Do at Graco** **Financial Oversight and Management** * Oversee the accounting and management of demonstration inventory, ensuring accurate and complete records are maintained to support operational and strategic decisions. * Lead the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of incentive plans for sales and marketing teams. * Prepare regular reporting of incentive achievement that is understandable and actionable for the commercial team to drive sales * Manage key aspects of the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. * Support the calculation, review and accounting for rebates, royalties and other marketing and sales programs * Ensure the accurate and timely accounting of sale
