**Description** *We are currently looking for the right* ***Full\-Time Retail Sales Associate*** *to join our Team!* ***$21\.30 to $22\.40 per hour*** *We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!* ***Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2\.79 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.*** **Reports to: Store Manager** **Position Summary:** An entry\-level sales position in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales and loan activity and transactions. Thrives on engaging with customers, including assisting with inquiries and problem resolution. Associates handle inventory placement and will work with all levels of jewelry and general merchandise, as well as all financial solutions offered to customer base. **General Duties and Responsibilities:** Works under direction of Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and other management personnel to: 1\.
