**Job Description:** **Reports to: EXLP Site Coordinator** $200 Sign on bonus after 60 days of employment! **BACR Expanded Learning Programs** BACR is seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Expanded Learning team as EXL Program Instructors. In this role, you will support K–12 students in afterschool and enrichment programs by creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where youth can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. EXL Program Instructors play a vital role in building positive relationships with students, supporting their growth and well\-being, and contributing to a strong program culture.
