**Position: Business Operations Coordinator** **Reports to: Branch Manager** **Classification: Full\-Time Hourly Non\-Exempt** **Position Core Profile:** The Branch Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our branch, supporting both the Branch Manager and various teams within the organization. This position encompasses a range of administrative tasks including HR support, sales assistance, and operational duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess strong problem\-solving abilities, ensuring seamless communication and processes within the branch. **Differentiators:** * **Industry:** Demonstrated understanding of the landscaping or similar industry. * **Technology and Systems:** High level of technological proficiency, including experience with accounting and HR software, MS Office Suite, and communication tools. * **Prioritization and Detail:** Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. **Accountabilities** * **Branch Operations Support:** Assist with maintaining the list of crew leaders and seasonal audit schedules; help prepare and send weekly safety audit reminder emails to Operations Managers; support updating weekly huddle schedules; provide backup phone coverage as needed; assist Install division with scheduling projects, POs, and related tasks; contact clients to schedule irrigation services and coordinate with the Irrigation Operations Manager; Report insurance claims, track carrier status, and provide updates to Operations Managers and clients; Support the creation and maintenance of organizational SOPs; Support updating the weekly OM Metrics spreadsheet with data from PowerBI (Drive Time, Overtime, etc.) with tracking metrics such as Site Audits, Best/Worst Jobs, and Azuga Drive Scores; help ensure accuracy in operational tracking and reporting as directed by leadership; vehicle license, t
