This is a field\-based role requiring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, independence, and clear communication with the care team. An **RN is preferred**, but we will also consider a properly certified **Medical Assistant** with relevant dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, or post\-operative care experience. Key Responsibilities * Travel to patients’ homes to provide **post\-operative care and support** * Review post\-operative instructions, medications, and recovery expectations with patients * Assess or identify areas of concern within scope of licensure/certification * Communicate patient concerns directly with surgeons, nurses, and providers * Coordinate care with clinical teams to ensure patient questions are addressed promptly * Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation * Manage independent scheduling, route planning, and time management * Provide compassionate, professional patient care in a home\-based setting * Follow HIPAA, safety, infection control, and clinical documentation standards What We’re Looking For * Active **Registered Nurse (RN) license** or current **Medical Assistant certification** required * RN strongly preferred * Exper
