If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast\-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent patient care, we'd love to meet you! **What You'll Do** As an Orthodontic Chairside Technician, you'll play an important role in helping our patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles by assisting our orthodontists and supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities include: * Preparing treatment chairs and instruments for patient appointments * Assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures * Taking digital photographs, radiographs, and intraoral scans * Placing and removing orthodontic appliances under the direction of the orthodontist * Providing patients with instructions for appliance care and oral hygiene * Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards * Keeping treatment areas organized, clean, and fully stocked * Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family * Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team **What We're Looking For** The ideal candidate is: * Friendly, upbeat, and personable * Professional with excellent communication skills * Detail\-oriented and organized * A team player with a positive attitude * Eager to learn and grow * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment * Passionate about providing outstanding patient care **Qualifications** * Dental assisting or orthodontic assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Dependable with excellent attendance **Why You'll Love Working at Thacker Orthodontics*
