SUMMARY The Business Intelligence \& Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, business intelligence, management reporting, and decision\-support tools for a complex, multi\-site operating business. The role connects operating activity to financial performance by helping managers and leaders understand margin, cost, working capital, inventory, throughput, and other business drivers. The analyst will build tools and analysis that improve visibility, support better decisions, and help identify opportunities to improve business performance. The role reports to the Strategic Research and Development Director and works closely with the Vice President.
