As a full stack develop er at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution develop ed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a Palantir Data and Sof tware Engineer, you will lead full lifecycle sof tware develop ment efforts within Palantir Foundry, focusing on building scalable data pipelines, applications, and integrations. This role combines hands\-on develop ment with technical leadership, including mentoring junior engineers, managing develop ment roadmaps, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive successful pilot implementations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high\-impact data solutions, leading technical workshops, and ensuring best practices in code develop ment, repository management, and deployment strategies. **What You'll Work On:** * Architect, develop , and optimize Foundry\-based applications and data pipelines. * Guide the full sof tware develop ment lifecycle, from design through deployment. * Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and Foundry adoption initiatives. * Provide technical leadership for junior engineers and act as a mentor in best practices. * Oversee code repo
