This role of Decision Science leader will work to shape and deliver high\-impact, data\-driven strategies to accelerate performance. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: the structuring of ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders. The role will partner closely with Product Groups and Lines of Business to understand key drivers, align on quantifiable goals, and influence decisioning and prioritization through advanced analytics. In addition, leveraging an interdisciplinary approach that combines business acumen, applied statistics, behavioral science, and technology managing robust analytical frameworks and execution across the full analytics lifecycle. This includes sourcing, cleaning, and validating data; performing KPI and trend analyses; and applying modeling, optimization, and statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights.
