**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Shift:** Day shift, 3 (12\) hour shifts per week **Location:** Holy Cross Silve Spring Position Purpose The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Dialysis unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence\-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually. **As a Registered Nurse, you will:** * Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. * Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team. * Observes safe practices and maintains a safe environment while caring for the patient. * Advocate on behalf of the patient and family. * Identify and appropriately communicate ethical issues in the practice setting. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN). * Current RN licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing. * BLS * Minimum 1 year of Dialysis experience **Pay Range:** * $37\.59 \- $58\.29 per hour * Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
