As a Senior Consultant within US Corporate Development, you will help evaluate and advance Deloitte's most strategic investment priorities. You will lead and support complex initiatives across the investment lifecycle \- from market assessment and opportunity evaluation to business case development and executive\-level recommendations. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, executive communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment that is fast\-paced, collaborative, and often ambiguous. Recruiting for this role ends on 07/23/2026\. **Work you'll do** As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the US Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for: * Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses through market research to inform acquisition target identification, pipeline development, and investment prioritization * Sourcing and screening potential acquisition targets aligned to Deloitte's priority growth areas * Supporting development of strategic rationale, investment theses, business cases, financial models, and executive\-level recommendations for potential acquisitions * Managing due diligence workstreams across financial, operational, commercial, technology, and human resources stakeholders, and synthesizing findings into executive\-level materials * Planning and supporting post\-close integration activities, including integration roadmap development, synergy tracking, governance structures, project plans, and milestone tracking A successful candidate would possess these skills: * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustai
