We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of **Floor Nurse LPN** at **Chateau De Notre Dame Community Care Center.** ***Shift Available:*** * ***Monday\-Friday (11P\- 7A)*** In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. **What You Bring to the Table:** ***Essential Qualifications:*** * Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents. * Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records. * Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments. * Prepares and administers medication and treatments. * Consults with physicians. * Receives and records orders as required. **The Ideal Candidate:** * + Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license\-current/active + CPR certification preferred + Long\-term care experience preferred **Other Qualifications:** * + Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. + Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment. **What We Bring to the Table:** At CommCare, we don’t just care for our residents – we care for our team.
