Requirements: **In this role, you’ll be the connector—linking exceptional doctors with practices where they can truly thrive. You will:** * Generate and nurture strong candidate pipelines across designated dental specialties * Pre\-screen, communicate, and guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle * Partner closely with our recruitment and operations teams to develop effective recruiting strategies and campaigns * Build relationships with residency programs and maintain ongoing communication with resident contacts * Represent SDB at association meetings, dinners, and recruitment events * Maintain well\-organized candidate records, reports, and correspondence through our CRM/ATS * Conduct professional reference checks as needed * Travel approximately 35% of the time to support recruitment efforts and attend events **What You Bring** We’re excited to meet candidates who bring curiosity, organization, and heart to their work.
