We are seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through data‑informed digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and analytical bringing a broad skill set across PPC, SEM, and social media advertising, with a strong passion for performance marketing and continuous optimization. **Preferred candidate will be Texas\-based, with availability for monthly to quarterly meetings in Austin.** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels * Develop and test ad creatives, audience targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI * Monitor campaign performance daily, applying optimizations to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and overall effectiveness * Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine campaign performance * Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing objectives and
