**Registered Charge Nurse (RN) – Women’s PACU – Tampa, FL** =========================================================== A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Charge Nurse (RN) to join its Women’s Post\-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. This full\-time leadership role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while supporting staff development and promoting clinical excellence in a collaborative, patient\-centered environment. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Provide direct nursing care and oversee the delivery of care for patients recovering in the Women’s PACU * Utilize effective leadership and managerial skills to coordinate daily patient care activities and unit operations * Serve as a professional role model and clinical resource for nursing team members * Promote evidence\-based practices and maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes * Support staff development, education, and professional growth initiatives * Perform preceptor and charge nurse responsibilities as assigned * Facilitate communication and share organizational information with team members * Demonstrate professional accountability and commitment to continuous improvement **Qualifications** ------------------ * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * ACLS certification required if applicable to the department * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), healthcare\-related bachelor's degree, or an approved RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification required within seven months of hire or promotion * Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting required * At least one year of PACU, emergency department, or critical care RN experience preferred * Previous leadership experi
