This role is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of **OASIS assessments** and **ICD‑10 coding**, while collaborating closely with clinical and leadership teams to improve outcomes and agency performance. This position is ideal for a **detail‑oriented Home Health RN** with strong knowledge of **OASIS, Medicare regulations, quality assurance, and clinical documentation review**. **Key Responsibilities** * Prospectively review **all OASIS assessments** to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with **federal and state home health regulations** and Seaport Scripps Home Health standards * Analyze **OASIS variation and alert reports** to identify documentation gaps and trends * Ensure correct **ICD‑10 coding and sequencing**, including primary diagnoses and co‑morbidities * Collaborate with home health clinicians to clarify documentation issues and support appropriate corrections * Review visit utilization to ensure services align with patient condition, care guidelines, and reimbursement requirements * Identify potential underutilization, overutilization, or fina
