Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects within the aerospace and defence sector in Switzerland. The role involves full lifecycle project delivery, working closely with internal engineering teams, government stakeholders, and international partners to ensure successful execution of mission\-critical programmes. This position requires a strong understanding of regulated environments, structured project governance, and the ability to manage sensitive and high\-impact projects with precision. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage defence\-related projects from initiation through to delivery (scope, timeline, budget, quality) * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies * Plan, structure, and monitor project activities in accordance with industry standards (e.g., PM frameworks, compliance requirements) * Ensure adherence to Swiss and international defence regulations, export controls, and security protocols * Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies * Coordinate cross\-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, quality, and external suppliers * Drive performance tracking, reporting, and governance (KPIs, milestones, deliverables) * Support contract management, including change requests and commercial negotiations * Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders * Ensure documentation and audit rea
