You will help shape and improve Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in a public sector environment where the systems support services that matter to citizens. Job DescriptionYou will develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in on-premises environments.
You will solve complex technical challenges with clear business impact and help turn business needs into robust technical solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders throughout the full development lifecycle, from early requirements and design to deployment and support.
You will contribute to technical architecture, solution design, and prioritization together with customers and development teams.
You will build and improve integrations and support the evolution from on-premises environments toward cloud-based capabilities.
You will provide technical guidance and support within the team while helping ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
