Job Description As a Business Analyst within Digital Franchise, you will play a key role in driving data-informed decision making and supporting the digital growth of our franchise business. You will bridge business needs with data and insights, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. This is a broad business facing role that offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills across commercial analysis, stakeholder management, digital performance, process improvement and Franchise partner relations. Rather than building deep expertise within a specific analytics discipline, you will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and develop a holistic understanding of how digital franchise operations drive growth and profitability. You will be an integral part of the Global Franchise Digital team, collaborating closely with Controlling, Merchandising, Marketing, and other Franchise functions, as well as Franchise partners across multiple markets. As our digital Franchise business continues to expand, you will contribute to shaping future reporting, business processes, and analytical capabilities while supporting digital growth across existing and new markets. The global Franchise team is highly diverse, representing many nationalities and working with partners across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and South America. This role offers unique exposure to international markets and includes opportunities to travel to Franchise partners, strengthening collaboration, supporting business growth, and gaining insights into local market needs.
