This role requires deep expertise in C\# and .NET technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high\-performing solutions. The Lead Web Application and Software Engineer will work across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), establish standard development processes, and help design and maintain environments for development, testing, staging, and production. **Supervision Exercised** This position supervises 3 employee(s): Web Developer/Project Manager, Full Stack Developer, and Application \& Database Developer **Scope of Responsibilities** The Lead Web Application and Software Engineer serve as the department’s primary technical authority and leader for web application development and software architecture.
