Job description

The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment within the clinical research organization. This position is responsible for managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and development, to support the organization’s clinical research objectives. The HR Manager ensures alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices while driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. Classification: Exempt **Primary Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clinical, operational, and administrative roles. * Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans aligned with organizational goals. * Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the company culture. * Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. * Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner. * Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and industry\-specific regulations. * Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR audits to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. * Develop policies and procedures in line with organizational needs and legal standards. * Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, particularly in areas relevant to clinical research. * Facilitate leadership development and succession plann
