Sr. Project Manager/Owner Advisor

**Job Summary** This position serves as a high\-level expert who acts as the owner's advocate and extension, managing complex public projects from concept to completion, focusing on owner's interests, budget, schedule, quality, and risk, blending strategic oversight with detailed project management to ensure project goals align with owner objectives. This role provides program\-level coordination, project management leadership, and advisory services to support clients in delivering complex public works infrastructure—utilizing collaborative delivery methods such as CM/GC, Progressive Design\-Build, and Fixed Price Design\-Build. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and project controls expertise, as well as the ability to guide clients through technical, contractual, and administrative aspects of project delivery.
