The client is an active adult male who enjoys getting out into the community and experiencing the world around him. He is looking for a caregiver who can provide structure, consistency, encouragement, and respectful guidance while supporting him with daily activities and community involvement. This position would be a great fit for someone with a disciplined, highly structured background such as military, coaching, security, corrections, athletics, behavioral support, direct care, or similar experience. The ideal candidate should be firm but respectful, patient, reliable, and able to follow a routine while also encouraging independence and community engagement. **Responsibilities Include:** * Providing Companion and Personal Support services * Supporting the client with community outings and recreational activities * Encouraging independence, appropriate choices, and positive routines * Helping the client stay active and engaged in the community * Providing structure, redirection, and consistency as needed * Assisting with daily living skills and personal support needs * Promoting safety while out in the community * Maintaining professional boundaries and respectful communication * Documenting services as required by the agency * Communicating updates or concerns with the agency in a timely manner **Ideal Candidate:** * Has a structured, disciplined, and dependable personality * Comfortable working with an active adult male client *
