This position will be based in our New York office (remote). The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition – Business Services is responsible for supporting and optimizing pre\-hire recruiting operations, driving talent acquisition projects, and delivering a high\-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role serves as a key operational partner to Talent Acquisition and the People Team, ensuring recruiting processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and consistently, while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
