* Coordinate with hospital departments—including ICU, emergency medicine, pediatrics, and behavioral health—to facilitate seamless patient transitions and comprehensive care delivery.
* Manage patient assessments by utilizing medical terminology knowledge and physiology expertise to identify risk factors and tailor interventions accordingly.
* Ensure adherence to Medicare, managed care policies, and health regulation standards while conducting utilization reviews to optimize resource use.
