**Responsibilities**

* Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation
* Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
* Support team development and contribute to a positive and patient\-focused practice culture
* Utilize clinical technology and evidence\-based practices to deliver high\-quality care
* Promote a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient trust and satisfaction
**Qualifications**

* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
* Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
* Previous experience as a General Dentist preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and decision\-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment
* Experience with advanced dental procedures and modern dental technology preferred
