Job Description:
Join us as a Senior Engineering Project Lead! The Senior Engineering Project Lead is responsible for all the engineering efforts for Public and Private Sector projects. The SEPL will direct engineering in all phases of the project from conception, through development and pricing, into contract and construction documents, in construction administration, and for warranty and post\-warranty Client Services.
**What will you do?*** Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to a team of design engineers, including setting clear expectations, fostering a collaborative environment, and facilitating professional growth and development.
* Direct a team of in\-house and 3rd party engineers in all phases of development of regional Sustainability Business projects. Duties include:
+ Conducting field investigation and site surveys
+ Evaluating building MEP systems and designing effective solutions to accomplish the goals and objectives of the projects
+ Preparing scope narratives, sketches, plans, specifications, and study reports of MEP systems.
+ Coordinating with other engineering disciplines,

* Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Coordinate project priorities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure successful execution.
* Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design engineering to drive innovation.
* Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of design engineering principles and methodologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, resolving complex technical challenges, and promoting design excellence.
