Coco Key Hotel \& Water Resort is seeking an energetic and guest\-focused Bartender to join our Food \& Beverage team. The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards, recipes, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. This position supports restaurant, bar, poolside, banquet, and special event operations throughout the resort. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. * Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests. * Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and company policies. * Accurately process guest orders, payments, and cash transactions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and service stations. * Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service at all times. * Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed. * Assist with inventory counts and notify management of low stock items. *
