For more information, visit vigor.net. **PAY RANGE:** $119,000 – 134,000 **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Project Manager has full authority and responsibility for the cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, safety, and profitability of assigned ship repair and modernization projects. The incumbent serves as the primary customer interface throughout project execution and is accountable for successfully delivering projects that meet contractual requirements while exceeding customer expectations. The Project Manager leads cross\-functional teams through all phases of project execution, including planning, engineering integration, production, testing, certification, turnover, and project closeout. Responsibilities include managing labor, materials, subcontractors, government\-furnished material, production sequencing, and customer relationships to achieve timely, safe, and profitable project completion.
