THE POSITION As a Cook , you will take on a high level of responsibility, ensuring our guests start their day with a great breakfast experience. Our hotel has 160 rooms, breakfast is included for every guest, and we daily serve group lunches and dinners. The ideal candidate is a great organizer, works in a fast pace and is a real team player. You work closely with the F&B team and report to the Operations Manager. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes Prepare group lunch and dinner Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP) Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen WHAT YOU’LL BRING Being able to work independently in the kitchen Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone. Guest-oriented and representative. Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus. Experience in hotel settings is a plus.
