Today, we’re more than 220 Game Changers across Europe and the US.</p><figure><lite-vimeo videoid="355534565" title="Play: Video"></lite-vimeo></figure><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><p>We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer with strong drive, curiosity and a sharp eye for good user experiences.</p><p>You might be straight out of school, early in your career, or have built experience through side projects, freelance work, internships or your own initiatives. Years of experience are not the most important thing for us. What matters more is that you are hungry to learn, quick to act, switched-on and excited about using new tools to work smarter.</p><p>We’re especially interested in people who are exploring how AI can make design work faster and better. Someone who can move quickly from idea to prototype, test and iteration, without getting stuck in endless detail too early. Curiosity about games, interactive experiences and how design can make learning more engaging is a big plus.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><p>As a Junior Product Designer at Attensi, you’ll work across UX, UI and product design. You’ll help shape how users experience our products, from flows and interactions to visual details and overall product quality.</p><p>You’ll also learn to think holistically across products: seeing the bigger picture, understanding user needs, spotting patterns and anticipating what customers and users may need next.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes</p></li><li><p>Work hands-on with UX/UI for digital learning products</p></li><li><p>Use AI actively in your workflow to explore ideas, move faster and improve quality</p></li><li><p>Turn rough ideas into concrete concepts and prototypes</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other designers</p></li><li><p>Test, learn, iterate and improve based on feedback</p></li><li><p>Bring energy, curiosity and constructive opinions into the design process</p></li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3><p>You like to make things, not just talk about them. You are curious, proactive and eager to learn. You enjoy figuring things out, forming an opinion, trying something, getting feedback and improving.</p><p>You likely:</p><ul><li><p>Have studied product design, UX/UI, interaction design, visual design or a related field</p></li><li><p>Have a portfolio with school projects, freelance work, side projects, prototypes or other things you’ve built</p></li><li><p>Are comfortable using tools like Figma</p></li><li><p>Have experience using AI tools in your workflow, or are highly curious about how to do so</p></li><li><p>Care about both user experience and visual quality</p></li><li><p>Can work quickly without needing perfect information</p></li><li><p>Like solving problems and seeing the bigger picture</p></li><li><p>Want to grow in a fast-moving product environment where you can learn, contribute and have real impact</p></li></ul><p>Built something cool?
