Job description
**Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Contract Position**
**Young Consulting Group** is seeking a compassionate **PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist** to provide evidence\-based, in\-home therapy for **medically complex infants and young children**, working closely with families to support their development and daily functioning.
**Young** **Consulting** **Group** comprises a team of allied health professionals \- **physical** **therapists**, **speech\-language** **pathologists**, and **occupational** **therapists** \- committed to delivering high\-quality, evidence\-based pediatric care for **medically** **complex** patients in the Las Vegas valley. We regularly collaborate with specialists locally and in neighboring states to ensure families receive essential care for **NICU** **graduates**, **toddlers**, and **school\-aged** **children**. Our therapists focus on addressing family needs and enhancing the functional abilities of our young patients.
**Schedule:** PRN \| Monday–Saturday \| Flexible schedule
**Pay Range:** **$70–$90 per hour**
**Caseload Focus**
* **Medically complex infants and young children**
* Developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and functional skill development
* Family\-centered, home\-based interventions
**What You’ll Do**
* Evaluate infants and young children in the home setting
* Develop and implement **individualized pediatric OT treatment plans**
* Address **fine motor, sensory processing, self\-care, cognitive, and emotional needs**
* Educate and coach parents and caregivers for carryover at home
* Monitor, document, and report patient progress
* Collaborate with pediatricians, school\-based therapists, and allied health professionals
* Recommend and train families on **adaptive equipment and assistive devices**
**What We’re Looking For**
* Active **Occupational Therapy license** in the state of practice
* **1\+ years of pediatric OT experience** (home health preferred)
