Job description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial, settings. Your expertise will ensure that heating, cooling, and ventilation systems operate efficiently and reliably, providing optimal comfort and air quality for our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units and furnaces.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices; perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
* Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings to accurately install or service equipment.
* Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant line connections and drainage setups.
* Utilize welding skills when necessary for custom fabrication or repair of HVAC components.
* Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in refrigeration A2L.
* Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately; experience with property maintenance is a plus.
* Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; capable of equipment repair and troubleshooting complex systems.
* Knowledge of plumbing, welding techniques, and mechanical systems relevant to HVAC/R applications.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Additional certifications
