We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) to support our growing team. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) is responsible for leading and developing warehouse operations focused on value\-added services, inventory recovery, returns processing, rework, and customer\-specific operational solutions. This role drives operational execution through proactive leadership, labor optimization, process control, and continuous improvement within a fast\-paced warehouse and 3PL environment.
**Help build our future second\-shift operation!** This leadership role will initially work an **11:00 AM – 7:00 PM** schedule and is expected to evolve into leading a dedicated second\-shift operation as our warehouse continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and helping shape the future of our operations.
