### **Position Overview**
As an **RN**, you will provide high\-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well\-being while adhering to physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and compassionate care will play a key role in the lives of our residents.
**\*\*Weekend and shift differentials on top of regular wages!\*\***
### **Qualifications**
* **RN** license in the state of practice.
* Current **BLS/CPR certification** or willingness to obtain one.
* Nursing experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Document and report changes in patient conditions, including infections, skin conditions, and weight fluctuations.
* Follow procedures for incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
* Participate in rounds with physicians and collaborate with healthcare team members.
* Update patient records, including room changes, admissions, and discharges.
* Utilize the **Quality Life Manual** to monitor patient progress in care programs.
