Job description

**Job Overview** Kingdom Care is expanding our in‑home nursing services and is seeking compassionate LPNs and/or RNs to provide short, focused visits to Medicaid recipients in the St. Louis area. In this role, you will complete medication setups, nail care, general health evaluations, and other advanced personal care tasks in the comfort of each client’s home. Visits typically range from 15–30 minutes for medication and nail care and 30–45 minutes for general health evaluations, giving nurses flexibility and a great alternative to traditional shift work. This position is ideal for nurses who want to supplement their income, ease into retirement, or enjoy a flexible schedule while building long‑term relationships with clients and their families. **Duties** * Perform in‑home visits to Medicaid recipients for medication setups, nail care, and general health evaluations * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers * Monitor and document vital signs and overall health status, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team * Conduct general health evaluations (GHE) including assessment of skin integrity, mobility, and safety in the home * Educate clients and families on medication management, health maintenance, and disease prevention * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care * Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation for all visits * Adhere to Kingdom Care policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable state regulations **Requirements** * Current, active LPN or RN license in the State of Missouri * Prior home health, clinic, or long‑term care experience preferred but not required * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the St. Louis area * Strong assessment, critical‑thinking, and documentation skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, families, and colleagues * Ability to work inde
