Fleet Operations Coordinator / Vehicle Logistics

We are looking for a **reliable, organized, and motivated person** to help manage day\-to\-day fleet operations including vehicle logistics, check\-ins/check\-outs, and maintenance coordination. This position is ideal for someone who: * Likes working with cars * Is organized and self\-motivated * Wants to learn operations and grow with a business * Can work independently and manage their time well There is strong opportunity to **grow into a Fleet Manager role** as the company expands. Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Logistics * Move vehicles between locations * Coordinate vehicle pickup and drop\-off near the airport * Ensure vehicles are parked and organized properly Trip Check\-In / Check\-Out * Inspect vehicles before and after trips * Take photos and document vehicle condition * Prepare vehicles for the next guest Fleet Maintenance * Monitor vehicle condition * Check fluids, tire pressure, brakes, warning lights * Schedule oil changes, tire rotations, and maintenance * Coordinate service appointments when needed Vehicle Readiness * Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for guests * Perform light cleaning when needed * **Wash 4–6 vehicles per day if necessary** What We're Looking For ✔ Reliable and punctual ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Comfortable working independently ✔ Good time management skills ✔ Comfortable using smartphone apps and taking photos ✔ Valid driver’s license with a **clean driving record** Experience **Experience is NOT required.
