**Lead Moving Specialist** Job Description **Position:** **Lead Moving Specialist** (Crew Leader) **Reports To:** Operations Manager **Purpose:** The Lead Mover is responsible for leading a moving crew to complete residential and commercial moves safely, efficiently, and professionally while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities * Lead a crew of 2–6 movers. * Conduct pre\-job walkthroughs with customers. * Assign work to crew members. * Ensure all furniture is properly wrapped and protected. * Load the truck using professional weight distribution and space\-saving techniques. * Direct unloading and furniture placement. * Complete paperwork and collect signatures/payments if required. * Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day. * Inspect the truck before and after each move. * Train new employees in company procedures. * Resolve customer concerns professionally. * Enforce all company safety policies.
