Responsibilities * Dispatch and coordinate drivers efficiently throughout the day. * Monitor driver routes and provide real\-time support. * Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal staff. * Schedule pickups and deliveries while maintaining on\-time service. * Resolve delivery or routing issues quickly and professionally. * Maintain accurate dispatch logs and transportation records. * Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
