**Duties**
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems using schematics and technical manuals.
* Conduct routine inspections of HVAC/R equipment to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
* Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to evaluate system performance and mechanical integrity.
* Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe repairs and refrigerant line servicing, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installation or repair projects.
* Operate welding equipment and perform minor fabrication work when necessary for system modifications or repairs.
* Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used for each project or service call.
* Assist in property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and contribute to overall building operations ensuring safety standards are met.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in construction or mechanical systems.
