Fabrication Shop Supervisor – Structural Steel (2nd Shift) Location: Richmond, VA Shift: Evening / 2nd Shift Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: Up to $34/hour, depending on experience Position Summary We are seeking a Fabrication Shop Supervisor to lead evening shift operations in a structural steel manufacturing environment. This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating shop activities, guiding production teams, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. The supervisor will work closely with leadership, quality teams, and maintenance to keep production on track and continuously improve shop performance.
